ABSTRACT Over the years the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra grows due to different economic and social factors, which push entrepreneurs to seek the implementation of new housing ideas, this is how horizontal condominiums arise. However, to live in a horizontal condominium it is necessary to have a good administrative management which provides satisfaction and value to the properties so that they can become an investment for the co-owners. Therefore, in the following document the investigation is carried out for the approach of an administrative management model for horizontal condominiums of the northern zone of Santa Cruz de la Sierra as a degree project for the improvement of administrative management.
