i ABSTRACT The present study aims to describe and collect information on the individual employability factors that value in the labor market in Santa Cruz and to compare if these coincide with that of the Business Administration professionals of the Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo in Santa Cruz, according to graduates from 2010 to 2019. In the first part, a relationship is made of the management of human resources in its function of selection and recruitment of personnel. Additionally, the different definitions of employability are investigated and based on this, the theoretical proposal that will be used for the study is defined and that served as the basis for designing the information collection instruments. To complement the theoretical framework, it addresses the competencies assuming as the most appropriate the generic and specific competencies proposed by Tuning from Latin America for the Business Administration professional. The study carried out is focused on the graduates of the UCB Administration career, therefore, a description is made of the relevant aspects of the career, as well as the professional profile that has been defined in their academic program and that is disseminated in the commercial material of the race. In the practical framework, the results of the surveys applied to the graduates are presented, in which they reveal the competences that they consider to have developed on their training at UCB. Complementary to this, the results of the interviews with the employers are recorded, who through a survey prioritize the generic and specific competencies that a business administration graduate should have, as well as the most desirable attributes. With the results, a comparison is made between the internal employability factors between employers, graduates and declared profile, in order to find similarities. Finally, a proposal is made of generic and specific competences, as well as attributes that should be taken into account and included in the curricular redesign of the Business Administration career at UCB in order to adapt it to the demands and needs of the market
