Miriam Chugar Zubieta, Arq. Verónica Arellano, Arq. Fernando Ayala. First level bioclimatic hospital for the San Martin community in the municipality of San Ignacio de Velasco. The objective of this document is to design a bioclimatic first level hospital for the community of San Martin, located in the municipality of San Ignacio de Velasco, with the purpose of providing medical assistance for the community and surrounding communities. The methodology used was a literature review of primary and secondary sources. Among the primary ones is the Political Constitution of the State, hospital architecture reports, characterization of first level hospitals in Bolivia. Data from the "National Institute of Statistics" (INE), urban planning and construction code regulation. As secondary sources. In the secondary sources, visits to strategic places, review of articles, interviews to the authorities of the municipality and community were carried out. In addition, a photographic survey of the site was made. The study shows that in the community of San Martin in the municipality of San Ignacio de Velasco there is currently a health center that was not designed for that purpose. This means that, in terms of infrastructure, it does not meet the basic standards of a health center. Being in poor condition due to lack of updating equipment and infrastructure in poor condition, doctors can not properly address the population, often putting at risk the integrity of people. The ambulatory bioclimatic hospital in the community of San Martin will respond to all the problems that afflict this area, making a strategic point to serve the community that is the largest in the area and neighboring communities with appropriate environments in each area for a better attention.
