ABSTRACT The Management Consulting is done to the shipping company INBOLPACK S.R.L. in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Three different diagnoses were conducted in the areas of strategy and marketing, organizational and management, and Operational and Financial. In the first diagnosis made, strategy and marketing, the company was analyzed and evaluated in different points such as, mission, vision, principles, objectives and values according to the company, advertising and strategies among others. The second diagnosis of organizational and administrative areas, where its organizational structure, operating functions, internal regulations, among other affiliations and certificates were evaluated. The third and final diagnosis, operational and financial areas, its financial statements indicators used among other systems was analyzed. A follow diagnosis of the three different areas, the proposal was elaborated for each area. In the first area, new mission and vision for the company are proposed, new type iso logos representing the company and each of its Strategic Business Units a Cause Related Marketing and new uniforms. For the second area, they are proposed new organizational chart, where the positions of each Strategic Business Unit are detailed. For the third and final area, it is proposed to conduct management indicators.
