ABSTRACT This research project presents a feasibility-level study, technical and commercial economic and financial framework for the creation of a cleaning and disinfection aimed at health facilities in the private sector in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. To determine if the project is feasible the following studies and analyzes were performed: x A market research was elaborated to determine the unsatisfied demand. x There was realized a study of size and location, to obtain a suitable location and to establish the approximate quantity of contracts with establishments of health to expire. x It was determined the requirements of engineering of the company of cleanliness and disinfection to elaborate the process of the service. x Organizational and legal aspects were established. x There was realized an economic and financial analysis of the company of cleanliness and disinfection. The results obtained of the above mentioned studies and analysis indicates that this project is viable. The economic, social and political conditions of the country contribute to the accomplishment of ventures with private initiative that there seek not to satisfy only the needs of financial profitability but they are orientated to the social responsibility.
