ABSTRACT This paper presents a study on the feasibility level for the establishment of an Industrial Poultry Slaughterhouse "Mavigral" whose main feature will provide service industrial poultry slaughtered broilers specifically intended for those individuals poultry farmers of the Department of Santa Cruz, which part of the Association of Poultry Broiler (AVIPAR). With the intervention of Industrial Poultry Slaughterhouse you want to implement an innovative service that allows poultry producers to become more integrated to the production of poultry farming, facilitating the process of dressing, the slaughhterhouse being a company that provides service will be offered as that while there are slaughterhouses, these are responsible for dressing and continue the chain, i.e., where they initiate the abattoirs ends the work of the poultry, so this venture you are looking to support these poultry farmers not only "raise" or "fat" these birds, but also to market them directly to the end consumer, so we can somehow "control" the price of chicken which is currently handled by artisanal slaughterhouses. Providing an alternative industrial dressing that meets all hygienic regulations imposed by the authorities for the category.
